NZ ETS: new regulations released


Yesterday the Emissions Trading Group, in the New Zealand Ministry for the Environment, released for consultation updated draft regulations for the stationary energy and industrial processes sectors covered in the NZ ETS, as well as unique emissions factors, other removal activities, and liquid fossil fuels.

These regulations link in with the Climate Change Response (Emissions Trading) Amendment Act 2008 and associated regulations.
